I’m Nicole Feld Strauss, multi-faceted human and current guide for high-achieving women who are ready to take center stage in the next act of their lives.

After two decades producing memory inducing live spectacles that lit up families across the globe, the world went dark in March 2020. In the quiet that followed, I heard something I hadn’t in years, my own voice asking: What other dreams do I have that are worth bringing to life?

That reflection birthed a new kind of production, Pivot with Purpose, a curated community and roadmap for women in transition. Whether you’re redefining success, unlearning old scripts, or simply asking “what now?” This is your backstage pass to clarity, connection, and courageous reinvention.

Life’s transitions don’t come with applause. They come with constant questioning, doubt, and endless coffee. But they also come with opportunity. And if we dare to step into the spotlight of our own making, we just might give ourselves the ovation we’ve been waiting for.

This community was created to normalize the questions we’re often too accomplished to admit we’re asking. It’s a place where thoughtful prompts meet fierce honesty, where success is measured in personal alignment, not LinkedIn headlines.

Pivot with Purpose isn’t group therapy, and it’s definitely not another “lean in” lecture. It’s a space where high-achieving women come together to explore what's next, with curiosity, strategy, and a whole lot of truth-telling.
